Tenant to turn off the main stop valve in your accommodation. Tenant to contact plumber; electrician; neighbour below (as necessary). You may be liable for ‘out of hours’ element of the call out and cost of repair depending on the cause of the Escape of Water. Inform Brunel Management |
Brunel Management will instruct contractors asap |
No hot or cold water / No heating / No electricity / No access to main riser cupboard | Call Brunel Management during Office Hours or leave a message on 750200. You will be liable for the cost of contacting the IRT if the issue is not urgent | Brunel Management will instruct contractors asap |
Elderly / disabled / young family (baby under 6 months) with no water / heating / electricity / no access to main riser cupboard for a period in excess of 24hrs | Tenant may contact plumber or electrician AND Inform Brunel Management.
